Considering the legal obligation arising from the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016 on preventing threats related to sexual offenses and the protection of minors, Kormoran MediSpa has introduced Child Protection Standards. Consequently, it is the employee's duty to verify the identity of the child and the relationship connecting them with the adult accompanying the child. This is also in accordance with the Act on the protection of minors. We ask you to have a document confirming the child's identity during check-in. This can be, for example: an identity card, a school ID, the MObywatel app, the Online Patient Account, or a court ruling.
