Accordingly, it is the employee's duty to verify the child's identity and the relationship connecting them with the accompanying adult. This is also in accordance with the law on the protection of minors. Please have a document confirming the child's identity during check-in. This may be, for example: an ID card, school ID, MObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.
